British beef and maize in a very simple recipe - just six ingredients. 37% meat is okay but the whole maize dominating isn't ideal, pushing carbs to nearly 50%. At 35p a day it's very cheap, which is its main appeal. Nothing fancy but at least the beef and maize are British.
