Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery times and costs vary by supplier, as many of the products on Furra are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective. The applicable delivery information is shown on each product page and at checkout.

• Standard UK Delivery: Typically 3 to 5 working days
• Express Delivery: Available on selected products. See the product page for details.
• Free Delivery: Available on orders over the threshold displayed on the product page (varies by supplier)

Fulfilled by Suppliers

Some items are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers via Shopify Collective. Each supplier has their own delivery terms, clearly displayed on the product page. Your order confirmation will confirm who is fulfilling your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
