Beef muscle meat, kidneys and liver - proper offal variety in a shelf-stable fresh format. The chia seeds add omega fatty acids naturally. Carbs are a bit higher at 42% from the sweet potato but the meat quality is excellent. At £3.87 a day it's reasonable for fresh food.
